Individual Professional Liability for Pharmacist Includes:
- $2,000,000 per Claim with $4,000,000 Annual Aggregate
(higher limits available upon request)
- $50,000 of legal expense for defence inproceedings against you by the Ontario College of Pharmacists Disciplinary Board, with an annual aggregate of $100,000
- Protection for all compensatory damages (subject to policy limits) for which you are legally obligated to pay resulting from the rendering or failure to render your professional services as mandated by OCP. Provides cover if you act as a consultant, dispensing full or part time.
- No Deductible
- Premiums are written on a 12 month policy term. Policy is issued January 1st each year.
